		<description><![CDATA[This is definitely on the money looking back at how we&#039;ve approached our business from the start.  The best part of this post is the reinforcement.  As we launch a new product line for our studio which is separate from everything else we do, I realize that even though I didn&#039;t sit down and map out these five components of the code that they are all there in our approach once again.  It&#039;s just the way we roll.]]></description>
